HOW YOUR ORDER GETS TO YOU

The process
01. Place Your Order
Add your charcoal, firelighters or selected combo to your cart and proceed to checkout.
02. Enter Your Address
Provide your complete delivery address, postal code and contact details. Please check these carefully before placing your order.
03. View Your Delivery Fee
Your courier fee is calculated during checkout according to your delivery location and the total weight and size of your order.
04. Complete Payment
Complete your payment securely through the available payment method. Your order will only be processed once payment has been confirmed.
05. Your Order Is Being Prepared
Once your payment has been confirmed, we receive your order and begin preparing it for delivery. Your products are carefully packed and handed over for delivery to the address provided during checkout.
Where is my order?

Order Updates

Once your order has been received and payment has been confirmed, it will be prepared for delivery. Customers will not receive an online tracking link. If you need assistance with the status of your order, please contact ONRUS Supplies and include your order number.

Delivery Charges

Courier charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery address
  • The total weight of your order
  • The number of products ordered
  • The parcel dimensions
  • The courier service available in your area

Because charcoal is a heavy product, delivery fees may increase when multiple bags are ordered. The delivery fee shown at checkout will apply to the complete order.

Add all the products you need before checking the delivery fee. This will give you the most accurate courier price for your complete order.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are generally delivered within 3 to 5 working days after payment and order confirmation.

Delivery may take slightly longer for remote or outlying areas. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days.

Orders placed over a weekend or on a public holiday will begin processing on the following working day.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates. Delays caused by courier operations, severe weather, road conditions or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.

Order Processing

Once your payment has been confirmed:

  1. Your order is received by the ONRUS team.
  2. The products are checked and packed.
  3. A courier collection is arranged.
  4. Your order is handed to the courier.
  5. Tracking information is sent to you.

Orders cannot be dispatched before payment has been successfully confirmed.

Missed Deliveries

The courier may contact you before or during delivery. Please ensure that the mobile number entered during checkout is correct and active.


If nobody is available to receive the parcel, the courier may attempt another delivery or contact you to make alternative arrangements.


Additional courier charges resulting from an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts or an uncollected parcel may be payable by the customer.
